At GENZERO, each piece is produced in limited quantities with careful attention to craftsmanship and detail.

Due to the nature of our products and inventory system, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Please review your order carefully before checkout, including size, color, and shipping information.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at genzeronyc@gmail.com, along with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review the request and assist accordingly.

Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for review.
